The initial phone screen had some random questions about cloud-based systems and the differences between https. The interviewer seemed snotty. I researched the company and it seems like a low-tier security company that can't compete with bigger players like General Dynamics or Northrop Grumman, which explains the low pay and lack of clearance requirements. I'm not impressed and don't care about not getting the job.

Behavioral Technical

Great interview. People were chill and the atmosphere was welcoming. The building is nice and the place looks great to work at. It's a reputable company that seems to be growing very quickly, especially with the rise in cyber threats. I was interviewed by two very professional gentlemen. The questions weren't too difficult, mostly focusing on who I am and my experience. They didn't seem to be looking for specific answers.

The interviewer was really quick to schedule things. But on the day of the onsite, it was a surprise that no one was there to interview me when I got to their office. They managed to put together a team for a virtual interview. However, they weren't really focused on asking many technical questions, mostly leaning towards behavior and company fit.

The interview process was short and very straightforward. The only issue was that they took a long time for the background check and hiring date, but other than that, it was pretty straightforward.
