The interview process is incredibly slow, and the recruiters provide very little feedback. I emailed them three times to ask if I had passed the third round. I did pass and moved on to the fourth round, but they made me wait three weeks to tell me.

The interview process was really quick. First, I talked to a recruiter. Then, I had an interview with a manager. Finally, I had a long series of interviews with different teams. Most questions were pretty standard and not super technical, but the final interviews were a bit tiring because they were so long.

I had a phone interview with the hiring manager, and then a follow-up Zoom-like interview with about four or five other people. They mostly asked technical questions about my experience and education, and what motivated me. They also asked general questions about what I know about the area, Lonza, and technologies.
