it was a pretty straightforward process. they wanted to hear about my school projects and also see that i had some background in quality and manufacturing. you should know about manufacturing drug products in regulated settings.

So the whole thing took like 4 weeks from applying to getting the offer. Since it was an internship, I only had one chat with the Lead Scientist. We mostly talked about my background, my technical knowledge for the job, and why I wanted to join Roche. We also went over my school stuff and how it could help with what the team is working on.

The interview went well. Two people were present. They asked about personal motivation alongside professional qualifications. Nothing asked was surprising. The interview was conducted in English.
