Business Development Manager
It was a multi-stage interview. First, I met with the sales lead, then with the broader team, and finally with some technical staff. Everyone was really nice, but they did express some worries about the work ethic within the larger organization.
- What's your approach to handling team members who seem to be slacking off?
Business Development Manager
easy application via their online system, needed CV, motivation letter and job info. Salary expectation was requested. Took about a month to get a response, even for a rejection.
- Can you share an example of a time when...?
Business Development Manager
I had an unprofessional and chaotic interview process. A recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn, and I felt he wasted my time and was rude and unqualified. Despite the first recruiter being unprofessional, I went through with two more interviews. I received an automated rejection and no direct communication from the hiring manager about not getting an offer. I suspect they misused my information. I wouldn't recommend this company.
