First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Longfor.
Property Consultant
The interview process involved a group discussion, a presentation, and role-playing. Initially, each candidate randomly drew a topic and had to give a 3-minute presentation. Afterward, candidates were split into two groups to discuss a new property and try to sell it to the interviewers, who would then ask the groups some challenging questions.
- Can you tell me why you are interested in this role?
Human Resources
So, I had three interviews. First was a phone screen with HR, just chatting about my resume and why I wanted the job. Then, I had a technical interview with two engineers where I had to solve some algorithm problems and talk about system design stuff. The last one was with the hiring manager on Zoom, and it was more about behavioral questions.
- Could you share something you are most proud of?
Management Trainee
There were 4 rounds of interviews for this position. The first was with the regional department director, the second with the regional general manager, the third with the headquarter department director, and the final one with the CEO. The HR and interviewers were professional. The whole process felt comfortable and efficient.
