Social Media Specialist
The interview process was smooth and friendly. I only had one session. I might need to talk with overseas colleagues. The interviewer was nice and helpful and asked good questions that were insightful and interesting.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and what areas you excel in?
IT Help Desk Specialist
I had a recruiter screen, followed by an in-person interview. This was the first time a company asked me to come to their office for an initial interview, which gave me a bad vibe. The two employees who interviewed me were unprofessional and seemed to lack management experience or training. They asked very specific questions about their internal environment, which felt like they expected internal staff to know the answers. This suggests a need for better IT management or training.

IT Support Specialist
I interviewed for the main location in Mahwah, NJ in the summer of 2020. The interview process was a joke. The two guys from the IT department were beyond unprofessional. Some questions they asked were good questions for the position. Most were asinine. The guys asked questions that were either really rare things or relating to their proprietary software. Half way through the interview the one guy straight up said "I want you and (other guy) to basically make me the face of the IT department. When people have an IT issue they think of me." So basically you want me to grind and grind and you take all the credit. The HR lady initially offered me 20 per hour which is on the low end of what that position should pay. I countered it with 25 and she approved it. However that was before I even went for the interview. When I left that interview I knew that even if they had offered me the position I was going to turn it down. The guy who wanted all the recognition admitted he has only been in IT for like 6 months and learned everything from the other guy. The other guy had a lot of knowledge and really should have been in charge of the IT department out of the two of them. But in all honesty they should both have been replaced by someone with a lot more knowledge and experience in the field.

- If you have a laptop that won't turn off, you can't remove the battery, and holding the power button doesn't work, what is your course of action?
