Cashier
The interview process was pretty easy and straightforward. The managers are really nice and accommodating, especially if you have school or family commitments. They even offer a free employee meal.
- Why are you interested in working at this company?
Crew Member
They asked me about food safety, including how to prepare and store food during and after cooking. I was also asked about my experience handling seafood, both fresh and frozen, and what to look for to identify bad food, as well as how to avoid contaminating the prep area.
- Describe how you would manage working during busy times while dealing with people who might be distracting or have challenging personalities.
Marketing
It was a pretty standard phone interview. We talked about salary, but then when I was asked about my salary expectations in person, the room just went silent. It took over a month to get to the face-to-face interview. The HR department was really bad at responding, never got back to my emails or calls. The face-to-face was pretty much what you'd expect, nothing new. After that, no one followed up or got back to me at all. The company seems to be struggling, and you could just feel the lack of energy in the office, which really came across during their uninspired interview process.
- What is your desired salary?
Shift Manager
The interview process was pretty straightforward. I applied for a team member role, but during the interview, the manager mentioned it was actually for a shift leader position, which was unexpected. I completed a personality test, followed by a brief interview. The manager noted that another candidate with more experience was also being considered. The job offer came via phone call the following morning.
- Can you share details about your previous work experience?
