I got a call from the Pharr, TX branch to set up an interview with the hiring manager. I scheduled it for 9am, got there early and waited in my car. About 5 minutes before, I went to the door and the manager let me in. He mentioned he was waiting on his district manager, but the branch manager and I started the interview because the DM was late. The interview took about 45 minutes to an hour. He asked questions and followed up with "Just curious...". It felt strange because they didn't seem organized or have a structured interview plan. Eventually, the DM showed up, and I interviewed with him while the branch manager stepped out. I was there for an hour and a half because it felt like I interviewed twice. I received another call yesterday from someone else wanting to interview but haven't heard back yet about scheduling. Also, the job description posted online is completely different from what LSNB expects you to do!
