There were two people interviewing me and myself. It went pretty smoothly. I heard back in about a week and a half. Many of the questions were pretty easy, lots of situational questions.

I got the job after applying and had a quick phone chat a few days later. They sent me info about the in-person interview. I got there early and was led to a small conference room. Two supervisors asked questions back and forth. It felt pretty relaxed since they'd pause and mess up sometimes, so I went with it and cracked a joke or two. They mentioned the next step would be meeting with the Director and/or Dean.

The hiring process took months, with the holidays falling in the middle. The first interview was in November, and the second one was after the holidays in January. Then, there was another interview in February. The third interview, which is mandatory for every new hire as they have to interview with the college president, also took place in February.
