The interview process was very straightforward and efficient. It consisted of three interviews in total: the first with faculty, followed by the VP, and finally the president. The atmosphere was welcoming and everyone made me feel heard. It seems like a great place to work!

The interview process involved a phone call and an in-person meeting, each lasting about 20 minutes. They were understanding even though I was a bit late. A committee of people interviewed me. The hiring manager was very open about the process and what the next steps would be. It took two months from applying to getting the offer. Every part of the interview process was the most professional I've ever experienced. It included a phone interview, an in-person interview, a reference check, a background check, and finally an offer.

Behavioral Technical

It started with an initial phone call to my cell phone with the HR representative. They asked some easy questions like why I wanted to work there, why I thought I would be good at the job, and what experience I had with professional office management. They immediately scheduled an interview. I then interviewed in a conference room with 7 people who would work with the position. They asked more difficult questions like to name a time I made a mistake and what I learned from it, what my experience brought to the table for this position, and how comfortable I felt working autonomously. I was given a chance to ask questions back. I got a follow-up call to confirm my satisfaction with the salary. I was offered the position and e-mailed the paperwork.
