They got all my info over the phone and asked me to email my certifications. It was about 2 days then I heard back, was given an offer and 2 days later they called and took the offer back but would not discuss why. They never spoke with my previous manager, just called other references even though they said they needed to speak with a previous manager. When I questioned HR about the reason they took back the offer, she just said sometimes that's how things work out.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview was a large panel where each person asked questions from their own list. Following that, I was invited back for a job preview, which involved a few hours at their company and required me to take time off from my current job. This process seemed quite time-consuming for a candidate, especially when needing to explain to my employer why I needed to take half-days off during the week. Given my 10+ years in HR, I didn't find this ideal. Additionally, the team interactions during the interview felt a bit disjointed. However, the team was professional, and the workplace seemed pleasant.

The recruiter and hiring manager were very responsive and helpful, providing an interview schedule, travel arrangements, and hotel booking. The interview day included three distinct interview rounds with people from different teams and levels. The questions were typical, focusing on behavior and general conversation. I received the job offer within two weeks, and the process was managed smoothly and efficiently.

The interview process was pretty smooth and easy. I applied through Indeed and first talked to a recruiter. After that, I had conversations with one director of behavioral health, then both directors, and finally someone from the credentialing team.
