Support Officer
I applied in writing with my CV. An interview was then arranged where I met with a Manager. The interview took place in an open area within the office building and lasted for about an hour. I was informed that they don't employ directly but would arrange for me to work through an agency.

It was a face-to-face interview and it went very smoothly. I felt supported throughout the entire interview process. It was one of my best interview opportunities. They changed questions to scenarios to help me understand better. I was given feedback and then met the entire team after the interview.

applied online it took almost a month telephone interview - around 20 minutes, why and what's my motivation. (HR was nice' very helpful) group interview it was around 1 hour most of the questions are situational based.

Project Manager
It was informal but incisive. Since it was for a contract role, this wouldn't reflect the permanent recruitment process, which I understand is more involved. Many questions were about my subject matter expertise, and others were mainly about my experience using Agile.
