So first, there was a 30 min test where I was left alone to figure out the income and expenditure for a 30mil project and to create a community engagement plan. Right after that, I had a 45 min interview that was like a q&a. Five questions were asked by a panel of three people, and it was pretty formal. They seemed a bit rushed and ended the interview because another candidate was due to come in. I later found out through LinkedIn that someone else got the job, and I never heard back or got any feedback, which I thought was pretty bad for an in-person interview, especially since everyone probably took 3-4 hours out of their day and spent time preparing.

The interview process lasted for 2.5 months. Initially, I had to complete an assessment. After submitting it, I didn't receive any updates. I reached out to the recruiter, who informed me that I had passed the first stage and that they were organizing a panel for the second stage. The second stage was a panel interview with four members who seemed rushed. They didn't inquire about my background or previous roles. Instead, they immediately stated they would ask five questions, all of which were competency-based. The overall experience felt disorganized, and I haven't received any feedback on the outcome.

I did a minute taking test first, then a 40 minute interview. They asked typical questions for an admin role. They seemed positive about me and even asked when I could start. I wasn't offered the role, and when I asked for feedback, I waited a week to hear back. They just said I gave a good interview but had a high caliber of applicants. Three weeks later, they're advertising again saying 'previous applicants need not apply.' I wish they had told me honestly and specifically why I didn't get it so I could improve whatever flaw I might have for future interviews.

The interview process started with a screening call with two people, focusing on the job competencies. Next, there was a data analysis task, followed by two more interviews. One was a general competency interview and the other was focused on the task and data analysis. The second stage interviews had multiple people asking five questions about competencies, values, and how we work.
