I went in for an interview at Lollicup Headquarters in Chino. I had a phone screening before coming in and then my first-level interview in person. During our chat, the power went out, but we kept going because of the sunlight. The interviewer then left to get someone for my second-level interview. She returned saying the next interviewer had left for lunch due to the power outage. I found this unprofessional and disorganized. She said she'd call in a few days to reschedule. A week later, no call, so I emailed her mentioning another offer and asking what happened. No response. She had previously told me she always responds to applicants because leaving them hanging is unprofessional. All in all, a very unprofessional and disorganized interview process.

After applying, I got a phone call a few days later. Then I was asked to come to the corporate office for an interview, a written test, and an illustrator/photoshop test. I was a bit late, signed in at the reception, filled out the employment form, and waited for a few minutes. The person who was supposed to interview me wasn't there, so her assistant interviewed me. They asked general questions like 'introduce yourself', 'what do you know about our company', and 'why should we hire you'. There were 5 questions for the written test, covering topics like 'describe the process on how to mask' and 'what is kerning'. The illustrator/photoshop test involved recreating an artwork within 30 minutes, and I only managed to finish 80% of it.

Applied online. HR contacted me within a few days and scheduled an in-person interview at their Chino office. It seemed like the interviewer hadn't really looked at my resume and said I didn't meet their standards and wasn't the person they wanted. He then described the type of candidate he was looking for. This made me wonder why I was asked to come in person or why they didn't call first. Also, the manager asked some really strange questions, trying to get private information about other companies, which was super unprofessional. Anyway, don't bother with this company. They're so unprofessional and a waste of time.

I scheduled the interview via email and had to complete some paperwork upon arrival. The interviewer mentioned that the scheduled person was unavailable, which I found unprofessional. I was interviewed by someone else instead of the hiring manager, which wasn't fair. As a result, I didn't get the job because I couldn't speak with the hiring manager.
