First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at LoJack.
Atención Al Cliente
They seemed really interested in my profile at first. Then I traveled to Madrid just for the interview. After the interview, they ghosted me. I had to send several emails until they finally responded after two weeks to tell me they weren't considering me.
- Why should we hire you over others?
Analyst
There were seven different stages. Three interviews with people from the company (HR, boss, and manager), an interview with an external psychologist, a rather long logic test, a psychophysical exam, and a request for references (yes, they called everyone).
- Tell me about your familiarity with our company.
- Can you describe your past work experiences?
- What is your level of expertise with Excel?
Analista Control De Gestion
I went through 3 interviews. First with HR, then with the sector head, and finally the sector manager. After passing those stages, the occupational health exam follows.
- Tell me about your professional experience.
- What are your hobbies?
- Which sector do you prefer to work in?
Field Technician
We started with a quick phone call. Then, I had an in-person interview out in the field, which was pretty unscripted. Because most states don't have a Lojack office, the role is based out of Boston. The interview was a lot of back-and-forth, where we both asked questions to understand each other's history and goals.
- Can you tell me about your past experience?
- Describe your general relationship with your previous employers.
