I went through 7 interviews in total, spread across 3 main rounds: a phone screen, a technical screen, and a full panel interview. The tech screen involved a coding problem that wasn't specific to any particular language. The final panel round included a background and Q&A session, two system design interviews, a product design interview, and a meeting with the CEO. Everything went smoothly after the initial call, with timely scheduling and same-day feedback after each interview. The technical questions felt relevant to LogRocket's past challenges and fairly assessed my problem-solving abilities.

They have a few stages for interviews. First, a hiring manager phone screen. Then, a 45-minute coding interview. Finally, a long 4-hour in-person panel interview. They prefer you do the panel in person if you're local. If you don't get an offer after the panel, they don't give feedback.

A co-founder reached out to me since they saw my GitHub profile. The interview process was like this: First, a quick chat for background stuff. Then, a product demo and a phone screen where I had to solve a coding problem. After that, an on-site with 4 different sections, each having two interviewers. Finally, they asked for references. The LogRocket folks were nice and seemed like they enjoyed working there. The office is in a cool area with easy subway access.
