Community Account Manager
I had a call from a recruiter who told me about the job. Then I scheduled a phone interview, and after that, they called me back to set up an interview with the owner. I had that interview, sent a thank you note, and got the offer a week later.
- What are your strengths?
- What are your weaknesses?
Community Account Manager
I talked to the recruiter on the phone first. Then I had a 1:1 interview at a local hotel with some other candidates there that day. They asked me about my sales background, my college degree, what I value, and if I was okay with lots of travel. The company is mostly young adults, so a lot of the management and recruiting is done by them too.
- Tell me about your past sales experience, including where you worked and for how long.
- How many rebuttals do you typically provide during presentations?
Outside Sales Representative
I had a ten-minute phone interview with a recruiter who asked basic questions. She said they'd follow up the next week to schedule a face-to-face interview if they were interested. I got contacted the following week to schedule a meeting a few days later. Since it's a remote position, I interviewed at a local hotel. I filled out paperwork and was asked various questions about my background and abilities. They gave me a packet with job info and benefit details. A few days later, someone called to confirm I was still interested. I decided not to proceed because I didn't want to drive an hour or two daily in my personal car.
- What do you think would be your least favorite aspect of this job?
- Can you tell me about your weaknesses?
Senior Accountant
The interview process was really good and the team was professional, with lots of benefits. The questions were easy to answer and qualitative. There were 3 interviews in total, plus a technical test focusing on accounting basics where they really paid attention to the answers.
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
