I applied online and a recruiter from the company reached out for a phone interview. On the scheduled day, the recruiter was late and seemed unprepared, not even having the salary range handy when they asked me about my expectations. They asked typical questions like 'tell me about yourself' and 'what do you know about our company'. They ended the call by rushing me to email my questions. Following the phone interview, I was given online cognitive (Wonderlic) and personality assessments. I think I did well on those, but the recruiter has been unresponsive since then, even though I've tried reaching out multiple times. I was really interested in this role based on employee reviews, and I hope their culture is as good as they say, extending to their recruitment process. My advice to others: be punctual, be ready, and respond to candidates, so they don't feel ignored after spending time on your process. For the Wonderlic test, remember you don't have to answer everything; just do your best with what you can.

I sent in my application online and a month later, a recruiter reached out through email about taking a personality test. After passing that, I had three in-person interviews over two weeks. The first was with a recruiter at their headquarters in Burbank. Then, I met with two branch managers at the actual branch. The last interview was with two current employees to see if my personality fit with the company's culture.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Got a screening call with the recruiter first, it was about 30 mins with standard questions. They were really positive and answered my questions, also gave good feedback. Then I had an in-person interview with the hiring manager. It was another great chat focusing on my work history and qualifications, followed by a campus tour. The next step is to meet the team I'd be working with. Overall, it was a great experience with good feedback, though there was a bit of a delay which is pretty normal.

Behavioral Other

Got contacted by a recruiter and had to record myself answering some questions. The questions were easy, and even though I slipped up on one, I still got moved to the next stage. The second interview was at the actual branch where I met the operations manager and the branch manager. They were super nice and welcoming. The third part wasn't hard, but more of a chat with the lead teller to understand the company culture and ask about how Logix Federal Credit Union works.
