Right after applying, I got an email to do a CCAT and a personality test. Then I had a phone call with a recruiter, and they set up a second CCAT on Zoom. The last step was a 3-hour onsite interview. It began with an hour-long technical test using a laptop they provided, where I could access both Windows and Mac. After that, some senior engineers discussed the test with me and asked more questions. Finally, I spoke with the manager about customer interaction. The whole thing was really smooth, and the recruiter was great at keeping me informed. It took two weeks from applying to the onsite, and the offer came four days later. I think it could have been faster if I was more available for scheduling. They also had a big user conference happening which took up some people's time. Despite that, I felt it was a really fast and efficient process, and their communication really made me want to take the job.

Technical Behavioral Presentation

So I applied online Monday and then I had a phone screening scheduled for Wednesday. After that, we set up a same-day follow-up call. The recruiter was super helpful and got approval to bring me in for a multi-hour in-person interview the very next day, but I chose Friday instead. It was a really comfortable 3 hours; everyone was professional and nice. We started with a tour of the office and building amenities, then a 1-hour technical test and a 5-min client interaction simulation. After that, I met with leadership: the senior support engineer, the team manager, and the department director. I finished with a quick chat with the recruiter, and they were true to their word, calling me less than 2 hours after I got home to confirm details and mention the offer. The whole process from application to offer was less than a week!
