Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at LogicMonitor.
Sales
The hiring process involved two interviews, one with the CEO and another with Sales Management. Both interviewers were highly skilled individuals who valued candidates who could align with the company's vision and contribute unique talents to drive progress. They are looking for driven individuals who are passionate about the company's mission.
- Can you share your five-year career aspirations?
- Describe your past quota attainment and the strategies you employed to achieve it in previous roles.
Sales
I applied online and a sales team member e-mailed me. We had a 30min phone chat, then I was invited to the office for interviews with four company people. The conversations were chill, they cared more about my personality and drive for the job than my specific knowledge.
- Could you handle the stress of making cold calls and dealing with several unsuccessful days in a row?
Sales
Applied online, then had a phone interview with the hiring manager. After that, there was an onsite interview with sales org members, the director, and the VP of sales. The final step was a phone interview with the CEO. Overall a really good experience, and everyone was open and candid.
- What is your general job experience and can you share some behavioral examples?
