The recruiter reached out via email expressing interest in my profile and the company, asking if I wanted to learn more. After encouraging me to apply with a cover letter and resume, they responded a few days later to arrange a 30-minute initial phone interview with the talent acquisition manager. This led to an invitation for a face-to-face interview at the Santa Barbara HQ. There, I met with five individuals: the recruiter, talent acquisition manager, sales manager, marketing director, and a senior sales rep. They were all very enthusiastic about the product and the company culture, emphasizing cultural fit. The office environment was described as bright with many perks, highlighting the company's focus on culture and work-life balance. Everyone interviewed was intelligent and dedicated. The experience left me energized by the product excitement and the perceived opportunities for growth in a rapidly expanding company.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a pretty fast hiring process considering they set up a lot of interviews. I got an email from the recruiter, and we had a short, casual phone call about my background and experience. Then, they wanted to do a video call with some people in the role so I could see what the job would be like. After that, I went to their office for three 45-minute interviews in a row. It was a long day, but it was nice talking to people in higher positions without too much pressure.

The interview process has 3 parts. The first is a phone screen that lasts about 20 minutes. The second is an interview with the manager and team lead, lasting around 40 minutes. The third interview is with the Director, about 30 minutes. Everything should wrap up in about 2 weeks. The company has a good product but it's tough to sell because the market is saturated. They work well with MSPs.
