Had 4 rounds. First was a meeting with the team, then with people who matter and those I'd work with in the US. They asked really good questions that were right on point. It felt like they genuinely cared about what I could bring and my past experience. Things moved fast. I got a good sense of the company culture and knew I wanted to join.

Horrible Interview experience. They will have you take a test before they even pick up the phone to call you. If you don't pass this test you will get a you don't belong here type of email. The test is 45 minutes long, horrible candidate experience.

The interview process was fast and really efficient. It wrapped up in a little over a week, and they kept me in the loop with good communication between each step. I had a video chat with the hiring manager, then went in for an onsite interview where I met with four different people individually. Each person asked unique questions, which avoided any feeling of repetition.
