First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at LogicMonitor.
Client Success Manager
Had the initial interview with a young and very immature lady from the recruiting team. The interview was awkward: Total lack of empathy and looked uninterested. She didn’t even send a follow up email to confirm if moving to the next step or not. Well, if people are like this at LogicMonitor, I don’t want to work there, thanks!!
- Describe a difficult situation you faced.
Customer Success Manager
It was a pretty standard process. First, a recruiter chat. Then, three interviews with team members and managers. After that, an open-book test where you could use the internet, plus a skills-based competency test. Oh, and there was a role-play part where you had to present on the product.
- What's your past experience been like?
- Do you have any technical skills to share?
- How do you build relationships and talk to customers?
Customer Success Manager
The process had 2 stages, starting with an aptitude and personality test, followed by a one-to-one with the CX Manager. It was nice and simple, with quick scheduling and constant contact from the recruitment team.
- Where does Customer Success fit in the customer journey and lifecycle?
