BDR
It starts with a phone call from the recruiter, then I talk to the hiring manager, then the director, and finally, I have to give a presentation about myself to all of them plus the manager of the AE team.
- What makes you want to work here?
Business Development Representative
It was a quick interview process, it started with a call from their internal recruiter, then I talked to the BDR manager, then the Sales team manager, and then we did a group interview where I had to present to multiple people from the company. They asked some tough questions and really dug into why I wanted to work there and in this field.
- What makes you want to pursue a career in sales?
- What specifically attracts you to LogicMonitor?
- Can you explain your motivation for joining this company and the sales industry?
BDR
The whole process was pretty quick and easy, wrapping up in about two weeks. They were open and communicative from the start. It began with a 30-minute phone call, which was the initial screening. Then, there was a 20-minute multiple-choice quiz covering speed, typing, math, and puzzles. After that, I went into the London office to meet the team. Finally, I had to retake the test on a video call with HR to confirm it was me who took the original test and that I didn't cheat. It was super simple, and you don't even need to get all the questions right.
- Why are you interested in a sales career?
- Why are you interested in LogicMonitor specifically?
- What unique skills or qualities do you bring to this role?
