The interview process was very short and friendly. I first spoke to some recruiters and took a relatively simple coding test. Next, I was able to go on-site and be interviewed by one of their developers. Everything was extremely organized and well paced.

Got a call from a consultancy for an initial chat about my current project, notice period, and what I'm looking for. Then, they told me about LogicMonitor and their plans to set up an R&D center in India. The whole thing took 2 days. Since LogicMonitor doesn't have an office in Pune yet (it's being built and should be ready by early Dec, according to HR), the interviews were held at the consultancy's office. The first round was an aptitude test, followed by a personality test, with 40 questions in 20 minutes (average difficulty). After passing that, I had a chat with the India head of LogicMonitor. He asked about my current project, role, and responsibilities, gave me a couple of simple Java programs, and asked me to solve the same problem using different logic while considering memory limits. He also asked why I'd want to join their company and if I'd still join if I got another offer, which I answered. The HR then confirmed I passed and that I needed to come for a face-to-face round at the Sheraton Grand Pune Bund Garden Hotel. The next round was purely technical and lasted about 1.5 hours. The interviewer went through my resume in detail, asking about core Java (collections, exception handling, lambda, bytes, how Set and LinkedHashSet work internally), Spring REST web services, and Spring core. They also gave me 3-4 different Java programming problems (like finding the middle node of a linked list in one pass, finding the first non-repeating character in a string) and some SQL queries. After passing this, I had a discussion with HR, mostly about salary negotiation, and by the end of the day, I got the offer letter.

I applied online via LinkedIn. First, there was a coding round where I had to solve 3 questions in 1 hour. These were easy questions. Then came an online cognitive aptitude test with 40 questions in 20 minutes. After that, a personality quiz that wasn't timed. The onsite part included a 1-hour technical interview focusing on Java, my resume projects, and some simple coding questions. This was followed by a half-hour manager interview, which had simple coding questions and general questions about my future aspirations.
