I applied online and the recruiter called me. Then I completed an assessment before hearing back to move forward. After that, I had a phone screen with a team member and then an in-person interview with multiple people, including the CEO. They asked pretty standard questions about how my experience fits the company, but seemed a bit bored. The CEO was late and spent a lot of time asking for my thoughts on the company and office, and even disagreed with me about what I find important in a role, which was unusual. I did get a call about the rejection, which I appreciated, but I wasn't too bothered by it.

Behavioral Case

I did an on-campus interview with some of the team and then they asked me the next day if I wanted to come into the office. The in-office interview was pretty long, over 4 hours, and while not super hard, it was intense. I met with the manager, team members, the VP, and the CEO. Most of the questions were behavioral and it felt like talking with the team members. They seem to care more about personality and fit than skills. They really want to know if you'd fit in. It was a good experience and they got back to me within 48 hours at each step.

Behavioral Technical

My application was initially mistaken for a different role. I was expecting a phone call with an executive, but it turned out to be the CEO. The job title on the website was different from what I initially applied for, causing some confusion. When I asked about the differences, the CEO responded dismissively, explaining it as if I were unintelligent, despite the misleading website information. The interaction made me very uncomfortable, and I felt there was a lack of mutual respect. I just wanted to end the conversation quickly.
