First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Logic Planet.
Sales Executive
It was a good, very energetic and thorough process. You will face 3-4 rounds, and you have to go through each process to get placed in this company. The first round is with HR, and she will ask about yourself and check your speaking skills. Then, the second round is like an ability test. The third round is again with HR, and the fourth is a GD (Group Discussion) for checking your mind capabilities.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
H1B
I was in touch with Kiran Pandiri, a solid professional I ever met in my career. He was a high-level soldier for my process. He explained in detail what the process was and the way they lined up. His guidance helped me throughout my entire journey. The level of proficiency he created in me was awesome. I recommend everyone to reach him on any occasion.
- How important would my role be to Logic Planet if they offered me a position, and would I be committed to a long-term relationship with the organization?
Talent Acquisition Specialist
They seem to want candidates with experience on very specific requirements only. The interviewer decided I wasn't a fit without really assessing my skills. Honestly, the interview process wasn't fair. They should have a clear reason to reject someone and I think they should review their interview approach.
- Tell me about your previous experience with particular requirements.
- I asked about my sourcing skills, but she focused only on my previous experience with reqs and said I wasn't suitable without really looking at my skills. If they were looking for specific reqs, they should have mentioned it before the interview, which they didn't.
Senior Software Developer
So the first interview was a technical one in person, and they asked about oops concepts and Azure cloud computing. Then there was a phone interview that was behavioral, covering conflicts with coworkers and how to convince a manager when deadlines aren't met. After that, there was a manager round.
- Can you describe your experience using Azure Synapse in a project?
- Could you explain scenarios of SQL injection within your application?
