The recruiter screen seemed to go well. After the call, the recruiter emailed me to schedule a technical interview with an engineer, but didn't use a scheduling tool. I sent over a bunch of times that worked for me, but then got totally ghosted. I sent a few follow-up emails to see if everything was okay or if the times just didn't work, but never heard back. It's weird because I don't know what happened or why they even tried to set up a technical interview. I wish they'd just told me if the job was filled or if they weren't interested after the recruiter screen.

Behavioral Technical Coding

The Director of IT reached out via Linkedin, really liked my resume, and kicked off the interview process. It was a packed schedule with 6 interviews across different departments, plus a personal test and a coding test, all happening really close together. Then, the whole company went on a retreat, which put everything on hold for about a month and a half. I checked in a few times to see about the role, but they ended up saying they weren't filling the position anymore, which felt like a waste of my time.

Behavioral Technical Coding

The interview process was pretty standard: a screening call, then a Hiring Manager call, followed by a coding challenge. After that, there were four team fit interviews. It was a bit weird because one person on the panel said they were the hiring manager, but I'd already spoken to someone else who was the HM. The panel interviews all happened in one afternoon, from 1 PM to 5 PM. I was like, a minute or two into the last interview when I got the rejection email, which was kind of a bummer, felt like a waste of time for everyone.

Behavioral Technical Coding

Had an initial screening with the technical recruiter, then an interview with the hiring manager, after that a hackerearth coding challenge, and finally a panel interview with the team. The process took a while because scheduling was tricky and it was the holiday season but everyone kept in touch and was positive. The team members were really respectful and smart, and they were open and honest about their company culture and what they expect for the role.
