Manager
The interview process felt pretty straightforward. It involved a few rounds. The HR person I interacted with was really pleasant. However, the team did give a lot of warnings about how challenging the job might be, which is understandable in fashion. There were some challenges during the salary negotiation phase, but the overall hiring timeline was flexible. The final salary offer was lower than what other companies typically provide.
- Can you tell me about your background and experience?
Assistant Manager
It was pretty easy if you have worked retail before and have been a manager, they get back to you pretty quickly. You also interview with a higher up after your original interview.
- Do you prefer selling or focusing on visuals?
Assistant Manager
It was a fun and warm interview. The staff were very friendly. The company's pay is terrible though, I don't see how they keep good people when they don't pay them what they're worth. Great people, but the pay offered is terrible. I don't see how they retain great talent when they’re not compensating people for their hard work and time.
- Can you select and style outfits from the sales floor for two different occasions, recommending them to a customer?
