I had 3 interviews straight with hr, director of housekeeping and director of room. They told me to wait 2 weeks because they were still interviewing more people, which I agreed with. I sent 2 follow-up emails to HR because I was interested in working with this hotel, but they never responded. Even if you call human resources, they don’t answer the phone! Very disappointing about their approach, whether you get hired or not. You can send an email instead of making us wait!

The interview process was pretty straightforward. I had a brief chat with the F&B Manager for about 10 minutes where we discussed my experience and availability. After that, I met with HR and completed a drug test. I got the job offer on the same day.

The interview process was really professional and straightforward. I liked the hotel's atmosphere and how comfortable the manager made me feel during the interview. She was professional and asked questions that were directly relevant to the job I applied for.

The interview for the VIP Coordinator role was very relaxed and natural. I spoke with the VIP Manager for about an hour and a half, more like a conversation than a typical interview with set questions. It felt like it went really well. I was interviewed on a Friday and was told I'd hear back by mid-next week. The following Wednesday, I hadn't heard anything, so I waited until Friday. I called and spoke to the manager's assistant, leaving my name and number and explaining why I was calling. She seemed a bit confused but said the manager would call me back, which didn't happen. After waiting another four days, I called again, left a voicemail. I was initially very enthusiastic about this position because I felt I was highly qualified and had a great interview, but now I feel ignored, which is insulting and unprofessional. If I'm putting other opportunities on hold for this job, the least they could do is inform me if the position has been filled instead of leaving me in limbo. It's a disappointing end to what I thought would be a great chance.
