The interview was for a temporary position at the headquarters in Getafe (Madrid). The process was conducted over the phone and online. Initially, I spoke with a very junior HR person who seemed to have no knowledge of the job's responsibilities. One thing I didn't like is that remote work isn't an option, and the offices are located in an industrial park that's hard to reach by public transport.

Applied online and then went in as a walk-in. Had a quick, informal chat with the department manager to introduce myself. HR got in touch a few days later. The first round was with HR on Teams. The second round was in person with the department manager and store manager, lasting about 40 minutes. I received an offer 1-2 days later.

So, for the Store Manager role at Loewe, the interview is pretty put together. First, HR gives you a call to chat about your background and how you talk. Then, you'll probably meet with the store manager or maybe the regional manager a few times. They'll want to hear about how you lead, deal with customers, and sell stuff. Sometimes they'll throw in some real-life situations or have you act out a scenario to see how you solve problems and manage a team. The last step usually means talking to some higher-ups to make sure you're a good fit for Loewe's whole vibe and what they're about. It's a solid process, checking if you've got the skills and if you fit in.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The process was quite long. I was contacted via LinkedIn and went through 4 interviews, including a practical exercise. In total, it took 3 months from the interviews to receiving a response. Ultimately, the salary initially discussed during the interviews was very different from the offer, and although they tried to justify it by saying it would only be for 6 months, I didn't find it serious.
