The interview was really chill and I felt a good vibe from everyone. It looks like a great place to work. Even though it's a big office, the people seemed really down-to-earth.

The interview process included a meeting with department attorneys of all levels. Everything was conducted remotely, and scheduling was easy. I worked with a recruiter who was efficient. It ultimately wasn't the right fit, but the people were nice and it seemed like a good place to work.

I went through SIX interviews for the Los Angeles office, with one phone call lasting over an hour where I spoke with the group's Chair and two other attorneys. I also interviewed with an attorney from the Chicago office. Despite receiving excellent feedback in all interviews, which spanned three months, I was ultimately told they hired someone from their past. I felt they didn't seriously consider me and that the process wasn't fair. The paralegal in their LA office seemed to mine me for solutions to her problems, which I provided based on my 23 years of experience, making me feel used. She was surprised I had recommendations and could execute them, which is understandable given she's only worked there for 25 years.
