First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Lochness Medical.
Sales
I applied and then got an email to schedule a phone interview with the sales manager. The phone interview was pretty standard. The manager mentioned they always let candidates know about next steps within 3 days, but I never heard back and couldn't get a response after following up.
- How would your past experience help you succeed in this job?
Sales Representative Intern
The interview process was long, however it was pretty easy and enjoyable. All of the recruiters were very nice and easy to talk to. Many questions are asked that are sort of out of the box, so be prepared to answer without any preparation. Overall had a great time interviewing with Lochness.
- On a scale of 1-10, how would you rate your proficiency in the following skills?
Sales Executive
I only made it through the first interview, but it was fairly laid back. My interviewer asked basic questions about myself, my background, prior experience, etc. It was a great experience and I would recommend this company to others.
- Why do you believe you are suitable for this role?
Account Representative
It was pretty chill. Like, you're supposed to be asking the interviewer questions, not the other way around. They won't really start the conversation or ask about your past experience. You gotta explain everything yourself. The first one was a phone call, and then two more over Skype.
- What are three essential requirements for excelling in this role, and how does your experience demonstrate your capability to meet them?
