I had 2 separate interviews. It was okay, but the company seemed a bit disorganized. They said things like 'must be flexible,' 'ambiguous,' 'sometimes we don't have answers because we've never done it before,' and 'mirror personalities.' After the interviews, they said they'd contact me in a week. I didn't hear back, so I emailed them. They replied the next day saying they were 'still interviewing' and I haven't heard anything since, which is really unprofessional. I'm taking time to interview with you, so have the courtesy to at least email me thanking me for my time!

I applied online and got a call right away. After a quick HR chat, I had an interview with a senior manager which went well. A couple weeks later, I was called in to interview with a team lead and others, which also seemed to go well. I thought I'd get an offer, but then another month passed and I was emailed for yet another interview with a different team lead. I went, interviewed, and it went well again. Three weeks later, I got another email for an interview, but I declined because I needed a job and had spent too much time and money on interviews where they asked the same questions. I actually got an offer from Google after a single 4-hour interview, which led me to move to California for 6 months. Even though Location3 has posted many jobs I'm qualified for, and HR even invited me to apply, their incredibly long and drawn-out interview process lasting over 4 months has completely deterred me from considering them as an employer. I'm not sure why a company would expect a candidate to still be available after such a lengthy process, especially when I never knew if I'd get an offer.

It was a weird experience. They told me I was perfect after the first phone interview, but then a few days later, after I followed up about the next steps they promised, I just got a standard "thanks but not thanks" email. It was confusing. I think they might have been looking for someone willing to work for less pay since they brought up salary early in the first interview and it seemed like they wanted someone on the cheap.

The process had 2 rounds: one with the account manager and then another with the senior manager. After I cleared those, they extended an offer. Once I accepted the offer, they sent a clear email with all the details about the role and responsibilities.
