The process was really smooth and they got back to me fast. First, I chatted with HR to make sure we were on the same page about the role and they gave me the lowdown on the work, benefits, and stuff. Then came the technical test, which I thought was the toughest part. After that, I had a technical interview with two team members who asked about my skills, experience, and some job-specific technical stuff. The last interview was a chill chat with the team lead about my soft skills and to answer any questions I had about the job or schedule. I interviewed on Friday and heard back on Tuesday – super quick! Overall, it was a good experience and I'd totally recommend it. Everyone was nice and patient, great vibes!

Behavioral Technical Coding

First there was an interview with the recruiter, a chat to align expectations and get to know each other better. Then we had a technical pair-coding interview, where I and a developer from the team collaborated to solve a given problem. Finally, a final interview with the CTO, where we clarified more details. Even so, after this conversation it was decided (for reasons that remained vague, but I believe it was about overqualification for the role/misalignment of expectations), not to continue the process. The next step would have been negotiations.

Behavioral Technical Coding

First, I had a chat with a recruiter to get to know each other and for them to explain a bit about the company. Then, there was a technical test on Hackerrank, followed by a technical interview with the team. If all went well, the next step was an interview with the team manager.
