Behavioral Technical

There were a few rounds with HR, and then some specific to the department I was applying to. I got in through campus recruitment. You just need to give your best for this company. All the best for the interview. I'm just putting details here because it was mandatory to leave a review.

Technical Behavioral Coding

I had a take-home assignment that took me about a week to complete. After dedicating a week to it, I was pretty bummed to find out the interviewers hadn't even looked at it properly and thought I didn't follow the instructions. I had to explain that I actually did it the way they asked. Then, they asked me some typical behavioral questions and a really tough LeetCode problem. They ghosted me after that, even after I emailed them and HR a few times.

First, I had to submit a video recording for the Willo interview where I was asked two questions. Then, I had a presentation round. After that, I presented my presentation to the hiring manager in a 30-minute interview. The hiring manager asked good questions about my presentation, but wasn't able to answer my questions about the role. The recruiter didn't follow up about the status after the interview.

Technical Coding Behavioral

Applied online and the whole process took a few weeks including the phone interview, coding challenge, and two in-person meetings. The phone interview covered some basic front end development questions. The next step was to complete a coding challenge within a 48-hour time window. It was good practice. This shouldn't take the full 48 hours. After the challenge, I was invited into the office to meet with my future boss, ask questions about the company, try solving a whiteboard problem, and meet the team members. I received an offer about a week later. Friendly team, answered all my questions during the process, prompt in setting up interview times and meetings. Gave me a good insight into what it would be like working there.
