First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at LNK International.
Laboratory Associate
It wasn't much of an interview, HR called me to ask what salary I was looking for. I told them and that was it. I never received a call back since then. That question should have just been included somewhere in the application or posed to me after an actual interview. Very unprofessional in my opinion. A few of my coworkers have worked there in the past, so I was already skeptical to begin with. So I'm not disappointed, just mostly confused.
- What salary are you looking for?
Payroll Specialist
I interviewed with my direct supervisor and their manager. We discussed my resume, and then they explained the role's responsibilities and expectations. They also shared some company non-negotiables.
- Tell me about your previous job.
- How does that experience translate to this role?
Manager
The interview was arranged very quick. Most questions they asked are about your background and experiences. They want to make sure you fit the position. The interviewers are friendly but they asked good questions. You need to know what you do.
- Can you tell me about yourself and your background? Also, why are you interested in this role?
Chemist
I applied online and they got in touch the very next day. They set up an interview for the day after that, and it was quite brief.
- Could you explain the principle behind liquid chromatography?
- How does liquid chromatography function?
