I applied online and got a call really fast, within 10 minutes, to set up an interview for the next day. When I arrived, they had Spanish music playing loudly. The receptionist was friendly and gave me a form asking about my favorite things like music, cars, and places I've been. There were two other people there to shadow for the day; one mentioned being a high school dropout, and the other was in grad school. The office environment seemed unprofessional and a bit strange. The interviewer was nice and immediately asked if I could come back to shadow, which I found unusual. It was a valuable learning experience.

Had a quick call to chat about myself and why I was looking for a new role, super standard. Then, I went in for an in-person interview. Upon arrival, I had to fill out some forms with personal details and fun questions like favorite movie and dream car stuff. This felt a bit odd, like a childish vibe. The actual interview part was okay, but something felt off. The interviewer kept relating everything I said back to their own experiences, maybe to seem more relatable? I was never really clear on what the job actually was because it seemed to shift depending on who I talked to. They offered a third round, which was shadowing someone for a full day, but I passed. While I get the idea behind it, I'm past the point of working for free for a day to see if I fit. The whole company culture felt really strange, almost cult-like. Even the owner walking by got an almost religious reaction from everyone. The interview process itself was great, but the overall company vibe was just weird.

Got a call from this company, Roxy asked some stuff about my resume, background, and experience. She was nice and set up an interview for the next day. I went in, had another 1-on-1 with a manager. He asked about my background, what I did, and what I was looking for. He seemed to size me up and offered a second interview. Went back a couple days later and went out with an account manager to meet national and local businesses. I was thinking about getting an MBA, and he had one, so I asked if the experience was as good as his program, and he said he uses everything he learned daily. He seemed to have good rapport with customers. He made sales that day. Back at the office, I met another guy, and he just asked how my day was. The manager called later and offered me the job.

The first interview was brief and preliminary, mainly for reviewing my resume and getting to know me. We also discussed what the company does, its target market, working hours, and some demands of marketing roles. The second interview is scheduled for next week, aiming to clarify daily tasks and allow for mutual observation and familiarity.
