Training Specialist
Initially, we had phone discussions. Then, I met with the manager and the recruitment officer. There was a personality test. Following that, I had a video interview with the Group Deputy HR Director and the recruitment director.

Talked with the rehabilitation director to learn about our way of doing things, our way of being, our background, and generally get to know us better. Then, we discussed the team dynamics and prospects.

Facility Manager
The interview process had 5 stages. It started online, then moved in-person, then back online, and the rest were in-person. I met with the hiring manager, a supervisor, HR folks, and the team. The whole thing took about four weeks. Overall, it felt good and the questions weren't too hard.

We talked on the phone and exchanged emails. Then I had an interview with a manager and the director of the facility. I toured the premises, and they explained the job, its benefits, and the different constraints. They gave me a salary estimate and an offer. No negotiations were possible.
