Applied online and then got a phone call from HR for an interview. She never followed up after that and doesn't answer emails. It was completely unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend this company. If this is how they are during the hiring process, I can only imagine how poorly they communicate with their employees as a company.

The interview was conducted over Zoom. They were really easygoing about time but really thorough on educational topics. They made me feel super comfortable before we started. They were interested in my background and experience and read my resume carefully, so make sure you're ready for that.

It was a phone screen/interview that was about 30 minutes long. The interviewer asked me why I wanted to work at this firm specifically and what I bring to the table. We went over one project from my portfolio and asked me what kind of computer skills I used in that project that could be of use in the office. The interviewer offered me the job on the spot and I took a couple days to think about it and eventually took the job.
