Behavioral

The vetting and interview process was thorough and friendly. I interviewed with the regional sales manager for the region, and he seemed genuinely interested in my success and wanted things to work out well for the outside sales reps he manages. He seemed very believable. Of course, for any outside sales job, I know I'd have to work hard to follow through and learn the product line. I haven't started working there yet due to current logistics, but I'm seriously considering it.

After applying online, there were a couple of phone calls, maybe two or three. Then there was an in-person interview that lasted about an hour. The manager and a junior engineer interviewed me. They each talked to me for about fifteen minutes. After the interviews, they gave me a tour of the office, the testing facility, the shop floor, and the showroom where they make toilets and bath fittings.
