The interview process was straightforward and went well. I liked that I got to connect with people from the highest levels of the company. It was also cool to see how passionate people were about expanding the business.

The interview process began with an email from the Talent Acquisition Specialist, which led to a take-home coding exercise in Fiddle using C#. I was given two days to complete it and provided three solutions, which were reviewed by senior developers who gave feedback. Following this, the Talent Acquisition Specialist scheduled a phone interview. After the phone interview, I was invited to the office for an in-person exercise. This onsite session lasted 45 minutes and involved working on a provided laptop with a quirky mouse, code, specifications, and user error reports. The goal was to compile the program, ensure it met specifications, and fix any reported user errors. Once the time was up, I reviewed my solution, which was also scored, and then proceeded to a standard sit-down interview.

The interview started with an HR call, followed by a chat with a current senior PM. After passing those first two stages, I was given a take-home assignment where I had to create a full proposal for a made-up client request. The client was intentionally kept vague and seemed like they'd be difficult to work with. It was tough but also pretty fun.

So I was first reached out by the recruiter for a coding assignment that I had four days to complete. A week later, I got news that they wanted to move forward with me to an interview, which was scheduled for the next week. This interview involved a debug test, where I had to fix a broken program, and then a few quick questions. Two days after that, I was told I was moving to the final round, which was the following week. The final interview was mainly about my past work experiences, and then they asked me two coding questions. I got an offer a few days after that and accepted. Speaking with everyone was great, they were super friendly. I really liked how thorough the interview process was. The only downside was how long it took, 24 days from start to offer. I felt like I could've been scooped by another company since I had other interviews going on.
