It was a super streamlined process with a one-week turnaround from the first round to the superday, which included 3 interviews total. It seems like people genuinely like working with their colleagues. The company is growing fast, and it's a generalist interview process with placement happening in the spring.

After I applied, they got in touch and set up an online interview. Basically, I was talking to my computer and had to answer about 6 questions, with 3 tries for each. The next part was meeting with two analysts, each for 30 minutes. They hit me with a bunch of different behavioral questions. The conversations went really well, and they said I'd hear back soon. But after emailing a contact I had at the company and the recruiter multiple times, I never got an email. They totally ghosted me. I thought it was super rude, especially since they talk up their values and culture, but this interview process definitely didn't reflect that.
