First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Livanta.
Appeals Specialist
The interview process was straightforward, consisting of basic questions. They mostly asked about my previous experience and what I could bring to the company. The interviewer was very thorough and shared a lot about the company. I enjoyed the interview and would recommend this company to others.
- What makes you a strong candidate for this company?
Business Development and Proposals
I got contacted by the "Executive Recruiter" on LinkedIn, and I called them to learn more about the role. I quickly realized it wasn't the right fit for me. When I said I was looking for a role with growth opportunities, he asked "what kind of growth do you expect here?" I turned the question back to him because I don't know their company structure. He couldn't say anything about growth. Then he asked when I got my Masters and if it was online, which I don't know why that matters. It just got worse from there. In the end, I politely told them it wouldn't be a good fit and declined to speak with anyone else.
- Was your Master's degree obtained online?
- What sort of growth are you anticipating in this role?
- What is your reason for leaving your current job before securing new employment?
Patient Service Representative
The interview started with a 15-minute phone call from the hiring manager. After that, I came in for a face-to-face interview with two people. They asked me a bunch of questions about my qualifications and if I would be a good fit for the company.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- How did you spend your time when you weren't busy at your last job?
- What makes you the right candidate for this position?
Licensed Practical Nurse
I had a phone interview with HR first. Then, I had an in-person interview that was a panel with two managers. They seemed nice and positive.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What's the reason for your departure from your current job?
- Describe what constitutes a good manager.
