The interview process was engaging with thoughtful questions from the interview panels, making me feel valued. Xun from Talent Acquisition kept me updated regularly and provided a timeline for each stage. His ability to build rapport is a strength and showed the company's sincerity. Overall, it was a great hiring experience.

Selection process divided into 3 parts: 1) introductory phone call; 2) first technical interview via video call; 3) second technical interview in person. Process concluded in just over a month. As a downside, I'd say the in-person interview could easily have been a video call. Having to pay your own expenses isn't ideal, especially if you don't end up getting positive feedback.

I got an email from a senior recruiter to schedule a phone chat. They asked me what I knew about the company. Then they asked about my salary expectations, and I asked about their budget, but they wouldn't share, and it got a bit weird when they asked for my previous salary. A week later, I had a second round, an English interview with the lead engineer and the senior recruiter. I got an automated rejection two weeks later after I emailed them for an update.

The interviews were one:one 1 hour interviews, with several staff including Controllers, Finance managers, IT managers and HR. It included general questions about myself about experience and personality type questions (strength-weakness), as well as specific to the position (previous experience, knowledge of financial statements, specifics of my resume) and their position (questions on IT implementation, etc). Overall it was a good experience and even though I got no offer, HR was very good and provided feedback when deciding not give me an offer.
