This review is from the corporate office, and other reviews online suggest they fabricate positive experiences. The interview itself was brief, lasting only about 20 minutes, not the full hour. I was given a tour of the building and introduced to the staff. Management emphasized a family-like atmosphere, but I observed significant cliques and favoritism from management.

I sent in my resume and cover letter and then got an email asking for an interview. The first interview was about an hour long. It began with general questions like 'tell us about your experience.' Then they asked why I wanted to work for LSP and what I liked about the job. The director told me about the company. After that, the interview got specific to my background with questions about lesson plans, working with others, and different age groups. They explained the rest of the hiring process. The interviewers (Director and Assistant Director) said they would talk to the team. If the team agreed, I'd get a second interview, a working interview that was three hours. I spent time in three different classrooms with the kids. I got an offer that same evening by email after they checked my references. Before starting, I had to do a background check, a physical, and a TB test. It was a really good experience. I felt like I could really show my skills. The place has a good vibe and the staff are nice. The pay is good too.

The interview process was straightforward. Since I didn't have prior experience working with children and was just looking for a job, the director asked me some basic questions about myself. She then explained the job duties. We handled paperwork, and I spent a little time in each classroom to get a feel for it. I met the staff who were there and got a quick tour.
