The interview process wasn't too hard. It started with a video call with HR who asked some questions, and then I had another video call with the hiring manager.

Interior Designer
The staff was really nice and asked some good questions. I got a tour of the office and had lunch with some of the people interviewing me before I left. They also mostly covered my parking, which was a nice bonus.
- Tell me about your strengths and weaknesses.
Structural Engineer
It was a really thorough interview process with quite a few people interviewing me. We met in a boardroom at their main office, which felt pretty formal. They asked a lot of stuff about my past experience, how good that experience was, and the kinds of projects I've done. The person interviewing me was really professional and nice to me.
- Can you tell me about the types of projects you have worked on before?
Architectural Designer
Had a free first call with HR to make sure I fit the requirements and talk about salary. Then I had 2 interviews that focused on my portfolio, past experience, and general interests, including hobbies. The first was with the studio leaders, and the second was with the team.
