Teacher
After the interviews and screening, there was a bit of a wait. The panel was friendly, really nice, with good humor and lots of experience in education. Honestly, I really liked how the process went.
- Tell me about your experience and education level.
Teacher Assistant
The interview was pretty chill. I went in for a 20-minute chat, and they did my background check right then. They asked me about what I like, my classes, why I applied, and how I'd deal with kids. It was a comfortable vibe, not stressful at all.
- What makes you want to work with children?
- Tell me about your interests.
- Can you tell me about your coursework?
Dietitian
They brought me in to go over the job, the whole process of doing it. It was a bit tough at first but got easier as we went along. I'm a quick learner, so a few more hours and I would have had it down.
- How did you find the task?
Teacher Assistant
It was a pretty straightforward process if you're comfortable around children. I went into the boss's office and we discussed my interest in the role and why I'd be a good fit. She inquired about any required certifications, mentioning that training would be provided if I didn't have them.
- What's your experience working with children?
