The interview process is quite lengthy. I went through a phone screen, an onsite visit, two Skype interviews, and another phone interview. There were some delays in receiving updates on the next steps. The hiring process includes a background check that goes back 10 years, so be prepared with all your past addresses and employment history. Additionally, there's about 4 hours of online training to complete before your first day. While I found this a bit inconvenient, the upside is that everyone is thoroughly vetted for integrity beforehand, and the pre-first-day product and customer familiarization really helps when your onboarding buddy starts showing you the ropes.
