The hiring manager is gonna give you a call for an interview. There won't be a lot of technical questions, it's more about your critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The interview should take about 30 minutes.

I was first contacted by HR to set up a Teams interview. The hiring manager was really professional and seemed keen to learn more about me. The interview itself went for about an hour, and I got to ask them all my questions. About two weeks after that, I got an email saying they'd gone with another candidate.

First interview in May with the site HSE manager, went really well, I was ready to sign! End of May, interviewed with HR and took a technical test (French, math logic, observation). I told them I had another offer and needed a quick response, but ended up declining it to wait for LISI. Chased HR in June for an update, was told they had more interviews pending. Chased again, got the same answer. Now it's July and still no word. Super disappointing because the first interview went so well and I really wanted to join and make my mark. Really demotivating!

The HR person seemed a bit lost, which was a bit strange. I had to get a drug test, which they told me about when I was already there, but it wasn't an issue for me. The actual interview wasn't very exciting. I was kept waiting for a while. It felt like they weren't very organized. It was a quick chat with HR, then I met with the hiring manager who asked a few questions. I think they were mostly trying to see if I'd fit into their manufacturing environment and if my personality was a good match.
